The location is very nice

We didn’t have hot water and room was so small

Location, decor in the room, space, etc

The was constant problem with heated water, also, the room was dirty, also sheets were dirty... When I arrived there was no parking space for me...

اقامتم در این هتل واقعا لذت‌بخش بود. همه‌چیز از تمیزی اتاق‌ها گرفته تا امکانات رفاهی به‌خوبی رعایت شده بود. فضای آرام و مرتب، حس راحتی و امنیت رو به آدم منتقل می‌کرد. کارکنان هتل بسیار خوش‌برخورد، مودب و کمک‌حال بودن و با روی خوش پاسخ‌گوی تمام درخواست‌ها بودن. واقعا ممنونم از تیم حرفه‌ای این مجموعه. حتماً باز هم اینجا اقامت خواهم داشت و به دیگران هم پیشنهادش می‌کنم.My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. Everything—from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the amenities—was well taken care of. The peaceful and tidy environment gave me a sense of comfort and safety. The hotel staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, always responding to requests with a smile. I’m truly grateful to the professional team here. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Terrible- was allocated an upper floor room despite receiving a message promising a ground floor room- I was having surgery so ground floor room was essential.No-one on reception for 20 minutes when I arrived and when they finally showed their face after coming in from the street they didn’t speak a word of English and couldn’t understand a word that I was saying.Got an electric shock from kettle- the lead was covered in tape , covering a split lead.Freezer was absolutely filthy.I told the guy on reception that I didn’t want to stay and wanted a refund as the apartment was NOT as described and I’d received an electric shock- he then got owner/ manager on the phone who couldn’t speak much English and didn’t appear to understand me too well although she did say that I couldn’t have a refund- I told her that in that case I would be reporting the hotel to Booking.com and I’d be leaving a review that clearly reflected my experience of the place/ she begged me not to and promised to move me to the room originally promised to me the following day.Terrible experience and as she refused to refund me I couldn’t move elsewhere and had to endure the place for the remainder of my stay

Not massively impressed with apartment- requested ground floor which I was told in a message that I had bit when I arrived there was no one on reception for 20 minutes- when someone finally arrived after being out somewhere ( they came in from the street) I was taken to a room upstairs- the person did not speak a word of English and it was impossible to come with him.The apartment was passable- the lead to the electric kettle was bound up with tape and when I boiled the kettle I got an electric shock!!!!!!The freezer was absolutely disgustingly filthy and there is no way that I would have put any food in there.I complained, using google translate regarding getting an electric shock and told them that I didn’t want to stay there as the apartment was most definitely not as described- the non English speaking guy on reception then got the manager on the phone and she told me that I had to stay and she WOULNT GIVE ME A REFUND despite me receiving an electric shock from the dangerous kettle.She promised me that they’d move me to a ground floor apartment the next day and I told her that I wasn’t happy and would be complaining to Booking.com.I stayed in the new apartment that I was moved to and it was tolerable but nothing special and kept myself to myself- there was a lovely young girl who spoke English that worked several shifts whilst o was there and she was very lovely but that is the only positive comment that I can make regarding my stay/ I would never stay there again and will be complaining to Booking.com on my return.

I went there with my family, and everything was great. I would like to thank Mr. Jamal, the respected hotel manager, for his services. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Everything was excellent. If I return to Istanbul, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Ona and Atep at the reception looked after me well, every thing was organized and take care.Ona is very friendly and helpfulall good and no remarks and complaints. thanks

i only wish though bathroom was a bit bigger especially bathing area but for one person this is good enough still

The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The TV didn’t work so they replaced the TV. The hotel was clean and safe and had everything we needed. Great value for money

The room gave us the impression of being a bit old and neglected. But it was warm and comfortable!

No lift available for upstairs. Very much problematic to shift luggage

The area was quiet, so I got a very good nights rest.

I stayed at a wonderful hotel and was really satisfied with everything – the service, the cleanliness, and the location were all great
